    JOBS ARE GETTİNG WORST

                When we come the 90’s , Microsoft was becoming a significant competitor to Apple.Microsoft’s marketing ability damaged to Apple’s market.During this period, Windows 3.0 that was one of Microsoft’s products was very seccessful against to Apple products so,Apple made similiar product but for this time these products were for different fields.

            Meanwhile ,Micheal Spindler was appointed to Apple’s place at the beggining of Sculley.Spindler has laid off 15 percent of Apple’s employees.He licensed Mac OS to other companies such as Radius, Motorola and Power Computing.

            There is one thing that went on good , that is selling of Powerbook.Later,Apple decided to try their chance in tablet market.In 1993,Apple introduced MessagePad 100 to the computer market.

            Spindler tried company to reach again successful bussines that was last years but all things he did were failed like that couldnt agree with Sun Microsystems.Then he was dismissed in 1996.Instead,the general manager of National Semiconductor Gil Amelio was appointed.

TERM OF SCULLEY

                With the introduction John Sculley management company,Apple focused on product-based policies and this was follewed by a series painful periods.The result was awful.This result caused to start to down-sized.During this period,the company had relied on by the two product-groups: these are text-based Apple II series and the other was Macintosh has graphical user interface.

            Altough Sculley wanted to log off Apple II series,he couldn’t  pull back this product which is economically successful and with introduction Macintosh ,Apple IIGS was introduced with Mouse controlled graphical user interface.Neverthless, Apple II was concluded early 90’s.

            Meanwhile,Macintosh series developed and went on with different models successfully.The period  1987-89 who had a success company with selling over 2 billion dolars.However,by 1990 the company’s profit was only 10 million dolars .Apple’s high quality products had high price tags and these products couldnt competitve others in computer market.

            During same year, Sculley signed one of the most successful projects that was Powerbook that was portable product with Sony.First time a computer used a Trackball and people were fascinated.Powerbook caught major hit selling 1 billion dolars a year.
